Helthjem follows the Corona situation closely

On March 12th several dramatic measures were put in place in Norway to protect the population against the risk of infection with the Covid 19 virus. Parts of the workforce are working from a home office, many are quarantined and we are all instructed to proceed with the utmost caution.

Helthjem is closely monitoring the development of the Corona virus, and has now initiated a number of important measures to reduce the risk of infection.

- At all terminals, pick up points and offices, extraordinary hygiene measures have been initiated in line with the recommendations of the Norwegian Institute of Public Health. A clear plan has also been established if an employee becomes infected, quarantined or similar, says Helthjem CEO Anders Lunde Angen.

Helthem's distribution will continue to run as normal across the country, and there have so far been no operational changes due to the Corona virus.

- We will, however, update continuously if there are any changes in our distribution as a result. So far, the Corona virus has had little direct impact on e-commerce and associated transport. If this changes, we are well equipped throughout the organization, says Lunde Angen.
